Oil and gas sector needs to invest in clean energy, says advisor

Advisor Wal van Lierop says the industry needs to get serious about investing in the future by transforming its outlook

Wal van Lierop, co-founder of Vancouver-based Chrysalix Energy Venture Capital, formed in 2001, believes the energy industry is on the cusp of profound change. “I’m very bullish that the oil and gas sector is at the point of having to transform itself into the new energy industry of the future.
